Pets In Store Guidelines

We believe that pets can bring a positive influence to our store environment. Customers who choose to bring pets into the store are responsible for their pet and any issues the pet may cause and agree to follow the following guidelines. 

Service animals are always welcome. 

Pets are welcome in our store provided they are leashed and well-behaved. It is management’s sole discretion to determine if a pet is well-behaved and/or under control. We reserve the right to determine if a pet is welcome or unwelcome in our store.

The safety and well-being of our team and customers visiting is our first responsibility. If your pet is misbehaving or shows aggressive behaviour while creating an unsafe environment, Management will approach you and kindly request you to redirect and maintain control of your pet. Owners will receive only one request to do so.

Should the owner/pet not comply with the request, or if your pet attacks another pet, customer, or employee, your pet will be asked to leave the store immediately.
